Kat began practicing Hot Power Yoga in 2009 and immediately fell in love.
The fiery intensity was exactly what she needed at that time in her life.

Her teacher invited her to apprentice in 2010 and she started Mill Kat Yoga Studio at Lincoln Mills later that year. She attended a 200hr Yoga Teacher Training at White Lotus Foundation in 2013. Originally specializing in Power Flow Yoga, Kat now focuses on a more gentle approach. Her classes are tailored to the unique needs of her students, meeting each student where they are at that moment in time.
